The headline deal: FNLR OFCU LLC (Fortress Investment Group) bought a former OnPath Federal Credit Union location at 5508 Citrus Boulevard in New Orleans. Office led the week with three of the five sales, as the same buyer bought a second former OnPath location on the Westbank Expressway in Westwego and RETINA EXCELLENCE ACQUISITION bought a two-story office building on Clearview Parkway in Metairie.
