The headline deal: 1525 SAMS AVE HOLDINGS LLC, the owners of Ludwig Buildings, bought the industrial distribution property at 1525 Sams Avenue in Elmwood formerly occupied by Southeastern Freight Lines. Industrial led the week with four of the eleven sales, while the 3 Oaks and A Pine RV Park on Chef Menteur Highway sold and a neighboring business owner bought the adjoining retail building and warehouse on Veterans Memorial Boulevard.
