The headline deal: GRANDBRIDGE HOLDINGS LLC bought a two-story retail property on Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Metairie. Retail made up seven of the 14 sales, and a French Quarter mixed-use property on Iberville Street, with Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse on the ground floor and a parking garage above, sold.
