French Quarter property purchased by Bevolo Gas & Electric Lights
The April 1, 2024 issue covers seven commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: BEVOLO GAS & ELECTRIC LIGHTS LLC bought a commercial property at 520 Conti Street in the French Quarter. Land led the week with three of the seven sales, including 0.3-plus acres with a small improvement at Esplanade Avenue and North Causeway Boulevard that sold, while a California-based entity bought a 20-unit multifamily property on Washington Avenue in Central City.
