French Quarter property sold
The April 29, 2024 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: HANQI INVESTMENTS LLC, Gretna-based investors, bought a mixed-use property at 1224 Decatur Street in the French Quarter. Retail led the week with three of the eight sales, including a former Family Dollar location at Crowder Boulevard and Lake Forest Boulevard that sold, while Chan Family Properties bought vacant commercial land at the corner of Saint Charles Avenue and Melpomene Street.
