Golden Key Apartments sell
The January 2, 2023 issue covers three commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: ARTSCAPE APARTMENTS LLC, an organization led by William Shane, Jr., bought the former Golden Key apartment complex, 93 units in the Hessmer Farms area of Metairie. The other two sales were retail: a 3,540 SF multi-unit space on Saint Claude Avenue in the Faubourg Marigny and the former Paradise Casino and Marina, a 21,593 SF building on 5.08 acres.
