The headline deal: 115-117 FOCIS STREET LLC bought a multi-tenant retail property near Metairie Road. Industrial made up four of the eight sales, three of them warehouses near the airport in Kenner, and an entity backed by a pair of attorneys including Gordon McKernan bought the Jefferson Financial Credit Union office building on Veterans Boulevard.
