Gretna convenience store sells
The February 13, 2023 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: HALO 17 LLC bought a convenience store and gas station property at 101 Westbank Expressway in Gretna. Retail led the week with five of the nine sales, while Mississippi-based GOLDIN PROPERTIES INC bought a 16,400 SF industrial space on Pailet Avenue in Harvey and a Baton Rouge-based investor-led partnership bought the former Sukho Thai restaurant space on Magazine Street.
