Hilton property on Saint Charles sells
The June 16, 2025 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: HC GRAND LODGE HOTEL OWNER LLC bought the Hilton Hotel property at 333 St. Charles Avenue. Retail led the week with four of the eight sales, including the Jefferson Autoplex property at Williams Boulevard and Airline Drive in Kenner, bought by Hamdan Sons Investments, and the Southern Oaks Reception Hall on Hayne Boulevard, while an Elmwood industrial warehouse with loading bays and multiple units sold.
