The headline deal: ADVIK LLC, a Mississippi-based company, bought the 245-room DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton at 2150 Veterans Boulevard. Office and land led the week with two of the six sales each, including an office property with a top-floor residential unit on Camp Street that sold, while the Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund bought a 0.1+ acre parcel of commercial land near Duncan Plaza.
