The headline deal: Ulloa Street LLC bought a 20-unit multifamily property at 3841 Ulloa Street in the Tulane/Gravier area. Multifamily led the week with three of the seven sales, while vacant commercial land at the corner of Jefferson Highway and Shrewsbury Road sold and an investment group bought 31 acres of vacant land at the Westbank Expressway and Segnette Boulevard in Westwego.
