The headline deal: RBC CAPITAL ENCORE LLC bought a multi-tenant convenience store and gas station property at 3411 South Carrollton Avenue, at the corner of Olive Street. Industrial led the week with four of the twelve sales, including Commercial Waste Recycling LLC's purchase of its location within an industrial property near the Huey P Long Bridge, while the Jefferson Parish Council bought a multi-tenant retail property on Edenborn Avenue in Metairie.
