The headline deal: JEFFERSON PARISH EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION bought nearly an acre of vacant commercial land at 1090 Elmwood Park Boulevard in the Elmwood Industrial Park area. Land, multifamily and office led the week with three sales each, while a mixed-use property on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District sold and Chabad at Tulane LLC bought a vacant commercial parcel on Carondelet Street in Central City.
