The October 20, 2025 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week, totaling $18.4M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: ROBCO LLC paid $9.3M ($95.89/SF) for a three-story office property and its parking garage at 2800 Veterans Boulevard in Metairie. Retail and industrial led the week with three of the eight sales each, including a retail strip center on Veterans Memorial Boulevard bought by VLN Developers LLC for $5.9M, while Langenstein's, the historic grocery store, sold along with its parking lot and warehouse.
