The six sales were split one each among industrial, multifamily, office, specialty, retail and mixed-use properties, including a pair of Harahan-based investors' $1.33M purchase of two fourplexes and a duplex on Bellaire Drive and Focal Point Media Group LLC's $181K purchase of an 11-plus-acre Marrero parcel with two broadcast-type towers.
