The January 8, 2024 issue covers twelve commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: TENTH WHEEL LLC, a Mandeville-based investor, bought a large area of industrial land with multiple industrial buildings at 4839 Orleans Way along Bayou Barataria in Crown Point. Industrial and multifamily led the week with three sales each, while Xavier University bought Fox 8's old studio property in Gert Town and the Monroe-based team behind Luv N' Care bought the 23-floor office building at 1615 Poydras Street across from the Superdome.
