The headline deal: BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY paid $3.06M ($75.25/Land SF) for 0.9+ acres of land across eight parcels on Tulane Avenue, South Johnson Street, South Galvez Street and Gravier Street in the Tulane Avenue Medical Corridor. Land and retail led the week with two of the five sales each, including a 1+ acre Walmart outparcel on the Behrman Highway that sold for $900K, while a dwelling turned office property on Canal Street changed ownership for $800K.
