The March 24, 2025 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: 2651 POYDRAS LLC bought the 250-unit Marquis Luxury Apartments at Poydras Street and South Broad Street. Multifamily and retail led the week with three of the nine sales each, including an 18-unit multifamily property on North Hullen Street in Metairie that sold, while the City of New Orleans sold a 20-unit multifamily property in Gentilly Woods in a non-warranty sale.
