The headline deal: RATHBORNE PROPERTIES, LLC paid $2.12M ($28.54/SF) for a pair of industrial properties at 5600 Hayne Boulevard and 7649 Townsend Place in the Intercoastal industrial area. Retail led the week with four of the nine sales, including the Melba's Restaurant property on Elysian Fields Avenue, which sold with the adjacent office and parking lots, while the George H. Buck Jr. Jazz Foundation paid $1.05M for a Royal Street mixed-use property with four apartments and 10,000 SF of office space.
