The headline deal: DKA ONE LLC bought the Metairie Towers Condominiums Complex at 401 Metairie Road in Old Metairie. Multifamily led the week with four of the ten sales, including three Terrytown fourplexes that each sold, while the owners of Elliot Electric Supply, out of Nacogdoches, Texas, bought an industrial property in Elmwood.
