Office and land led the week with three of the ten sales each, including a mixed-use property with street-level retail and second-floor apartments near Magazine Street and Jefferson Avenue that sold for $1.35M, and an industrial warehouse in Seabrook bought by Gulf Coast Blenders LLC for $850K.
