Ochsner Health Center Location Sold to Florida Firm
The July 25, 2022 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: PARADISE CAY APARTMENTS LLC, a Florida-based firm, bought the more than 58,000 SF Ochsner Health Center on Allen Toussaint Boulevard in the Filmore area. Retail led the week with three of the nine sales, including a Dallas firm's purchase of a CVS Pharmacy property on General Degaulle Drive in Algiers, while a 125-unit apartment complex in the Behrman area sold.
