Bruff Quad Phase II includes the construction of two new dormitory projects. Fogelman will occupy the current Irby Hall site and Paterson will occupy the current Paterson Hall site. Both existing Irby Hall and Paterson Hall are being demolished under separate permits in advance of the construction of this project. Fogelman will be a 105,000 GSF, 7-story, 393 student dormitory and Paterson will be a 95,000 GSF, 6-story, 386 student dormitory. Both buildings will be built at the same time near each other and are both governed by Tulane’s Institutional Master Plan. This permit application includes Fogelman and all the sitework associated with the Bruff Quad Phase IIA project.
