The September 4, 2023 issue covers five commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: 2712 ATHANIA LLC bought an office building with an adjacent parking lot at 844 Baronne Street in the CBD. The five sales were split one each among office, industrial, multifamily, land and retail, including an industrial property on Sams Avenue in the Lafreniere Plantation area and a nine-unit portfolio of three duplexes and a triplex in Gretna that sold.
