The October 2, 2023 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: R&M PROPERTIES 700 CAMP STREET LLC bought a two-building office property with parking and storage space at 700 Camp Street in the CBD. Retail led the week with three of the nine sales, while an eight-unit property with six apartments and two short-term rental units on Dryades Street sold and the Ben Louie, a 19-unit boutique motel on Tulane Avenue, changed hands in Mid-City.
