The headline deal: 4408 CLEARVIEW INVESTMENTS LLC (Hamdan Sons Investments) bought a Brother's branded gas station on the I-10 Service Road near Clearview Parkway in Metairie. Retail and industrial led the week with four of the sixteen sales each, including a convenience store and gas station with a drive-thru car wash on Veterans Boulevard, bought by OM CAUSEWAY REALTY LLC, and three office/warehouse buildings with 300 feet of frontage on the Harvey Canal that sold.
