The headline deal: LOCAL ON SEVERN LLC (The Medve Group, a Texas-based property management company) paid $17.7M ($109,627/unit) for The Local on Severn, a 161-unit multifamily property at 3409 Severn Avenue in Metairie. Multifamily led the week with three of the ten sales, while the former Louisiana Power & Light headquarters in Algiers Point sold for $1.9M and a large commercial property on Canal Street, noted on the City's "most blighted properties" list from 2023, sold for $1.85M.
