The headline deal: 3601 BEHRMAN LLC bought The Landing, a 109-unit senior living facility at 3601 Behrman Place in New Orleans. Retail led the week with six of the twelve sales, including the Neal Auction Carondelet Gallery, while SILVER LAKE ESTATE LLC bought an 18-unit multifamily property on North Hullen Street in Metairie and the Ochsner Therapy and Wellness medical facility on Veterans Memorial Boulevard changed hands.
