Repair superficial cracks in the stucco facade using the VCC standards/recipe for the stucco product. Install a steel or cast iron lower section of the downspout to mitigate damage in the future. Remove all exterior wiring, conduit, and disconnect boxes left from a time when the AC condenser was stolen. Remove vegetation, in particular the tree that has sprouted form the gutter, and patch any necessary holes or cracks where the vegetation has rooted in the stucco. Remove the iron protective rods from the shutters previously installed after several break ins. Patch bolt holes and paint to blend with current colors. |
