Retail property sells in the French Quarter
The January 6, 2025 issue covers four commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: 604 JULIA LLC bought a Warehouse District mixed-use property at 604 Julia Street with one street-level retail space, four STR units and two apartments. Multifamily led the week with two of the four sales, both six-unit properties on Houma Boulevard in Metairie bought by a local investor, while a retail property on Chartres Street near Jackson Square in the French Quarter also changed ownership.
