The headline deal: KHAN KENNER INVESTMENTS LLC paid $3.6M ($10.55/Land SF) for more than seven acres of residential land at 4154 Saint Ann Drive within the Seton Parc Subdivision in Kenner. Office led the week with three of the eight sales, including a $700K office property on 9th Street in the Garden District, while an LLC controlled by Sidney Torres paid $767K for an industrial property near the Superdome on Julia Street.
