The headline deal: CASH AMERICA INC OF LOUISIANA, a Texas-based company, bought a shopping center property on Airline Drive in Metairie. Retail made up four of the 10 sales, a former furniture store with showroom and warehouse space in Elmwood sold, and RaceTrac bought 3.6+ acres at the corner of the Westbank Expressway and Segnette Boulevard.
