The headline deal: GRETNA CITY OF, the City of Gretna, bought a hotel property at 100 Westbank Expressway in Gretna. Mixed-use and multifamily led the week with two sales each, including a local architecture team's purchase of a property on the outer edge of the French Quarter, while a St. Rose-based investor bought 50 acres of land within the Fairfield Planning Area in Avondale.
