Truck terminal sells
The February 19, 2024 issue covers seven commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: CROWN ENTERPRISES LLC, a Michigan-based commercial real estate development entity, bought a truck terminal at 12169 Old Gentilly Road, one of eight properties it bought through Yellow Trucking's bankruptcy bidding process. Industrial and retail led the week with three sales each, including the sale of the Captain Sal's Chicken & Seafood restaurant on Saint Claude Avenue and the sale of the Hickory Dickory Dock Quick Stop Convenience Store in Harahan.
