The headline deal: D&J PETERS ROAD PROPERTIES LLC bought the former Chevron Harvey Terminal, an industrial property with two buildings on 7-plus acres at 1075 Peters Road in Harvey. Industrial led the week with four of the ten sales, while AVILA PROPERTIES LLC bought a retail strip center with 10 vacant suites in Marrero and Georgia-based investors bought a food processing property in the Brookhollow Business Park in Harahan.
