Westminster Tower senior living propery sells
The August 18, 2025 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: WESTMINSTER TOWER LP, a Tennessee-based company, bought Westminster Tower, a 285-unit senior living apartment property at 2301 Idaho Avenue in Kenner. Retail led the week with five of the eleven sales, including the Circle K Store property on the Westbank Expressway in Harvey, bought by Nabut Brothers LLC, and a redevelopment site with a former auto repair shop near Parkway Bakery & Tavern that a local investor bought.
