WWII Museum purchases 15,000 sf warehouse on Magazine Street
The January 23, 2023 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: NATIONAL WORLD WAR II MUSEUM INC bought a 15,000 SF multi-use warehouse space on Magazine Street in the Warehouse District. Retail led the week with five of the eleven sales, including the 4,444 SF historic restaurant/retail space in the Marigny formerly home to the Feelings Cafe, while OnPath Federal Credit Union bought 0.63 acres in the New Orleans East area.
