The headline deal: TERRYTOWN RESIDENCES LLC, local investor Imad Hamdan, bought the 304-unit Louisburg Square Apartments at 608 Farmington Place and 1960 Daniels Road in the Terrytown/Gretna area. Industrial led the week with four of the eleven sales, while Hamdan also bought the 112-unit Alexas Gardens Apartments in Terrytown and a Missouri-based company bought approximately 7.93 acres and a second 0.85-acre parcel near the MSY Airport.
