The headline deal: Afton Oaks Zachary LLC paid $1.3M ($3.24/Land SF) for two vacant lots on Bob Odom Drive in the Zachary Commercial Park subdivision near Walmart. Retail led the week with two of the six sales, including the Town Donuts owner's $382K purchase of a former Chase Bank branch on O'Neal Lane, while Ochsner Clinic Foundation bought the former Runnel's School site on South Harrell's Ferry Road at an undisclosed price for the new Baton Rouge Discovery Academy charter school.
