The headline deal: City Heights on Coursey LLC, California-based multifamily real estate investment firm SB Pacific Group, paid $49.8M ($141,338/unit) for the 352-unit Coursey Place apartments off Coursey Boulevard near Jones Creek Road. Multifamily led the week with five of the thirteen sales, including Colorado-based Monarch Investment and Management Group's $9.7M purchase of the 128-unit Chestnut Ridge Apartments, while local non-profit Helix Mentorship Steam Academy paid $7.87M for the downtown office building it uses to run its programs.
