Proposed Multifamily Development at Wooddale Tower
The October 4, 2021 issue covers sixty-three commercial permits issued in Baton Rouge the previous week and one Planning Commission case. The case proposed a high-density multi-family residential development at Wooddale Tower, west of Wooddale Boulevard and north of Exchange Place, including renovation of the existing 12-story office building into 150 apartments. Among the permits were a house meter for parking lot lights at 11435 Florida Boulevard and an occupancy permit for a lash, makeup and braiding business on Sherwood Common Boulevard.
