The headline deal: Agree Limited Partnership, Michigan-based real estate investment firm Agree Realty, paid $5.08M ($157/SF) for the Haverty's Furniture property on Bluebonnet Boulevard near the Mall of Louisiana. Retail led the week with three of the six sales, including Texas-based Fidelis' purchase of the Siegen Lane shopping center with Olive Garden, Chick-fil-a, Ross, Petco and Home Goods as tenants, while a Brooklyn-based company bought four multi-family properties totaling 84 units in the Melrose East subdivision, both at undisclosed prices.
