The headline deal: Ross Baton Rouge LLC, Orlando-based Signature Flight Support, paid $3.1M ($131/SF) for an airplane hangar at 4303 Chuck Yeager Avenue near the Baton Rouge airport. The AAA Rent-All owner bought a former convenience store location off Perkins Road south of the Essen Lane intersection for $600K, and developer John Fetzer bought 58.74 acres off Bluebonnet Boulevard east of Nicholson Drive.
