Six Popeyes Restaurants in EBR Sold
The August 3, 2020 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Cottages at O'Neal LLC, a local developer, bought acreage at 15647 George O'Neal Road near O'Neal Lane zoned for Small Planned Unit Development. Six of the eleven sales were Popeyes restaurants bought by Nashville-based investment firm Capital Spring at undisclosed prices, and real estate investor Chris Rood bought a 20-unit mobile home park in Zachary.
