The headline deal: FSC Diversified I Manager LLC, New Jersey-based real estate investment firm Four Springs Capital Trust, paid $6.27M ($563/SF) for the Fresenius Kidney Care facility on Mancuso Lane off Picardy Avenue. Office led the week with four of the ten sales, including the $2.02M sale of a multi-tenant office building in Barringer Block, while local motocross legend Kevin Windham bought the Furniture Mart near Airline Highway and Florida Boulevard for $2.45M.
