Three Multifamily Sales
The June 22, 2020 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Capital Region Planning Commission bought an office building at 14734 South Harrell's Ferry Road near Millerville Road. Three of the eight sales were apartment properties: a local investor bought a 32-unit multifamily portfolio on Iowa Street and West Roosevelt Street, a 16-unit apartment complex on Southpark Drive sold, and a Nevada-based company bought an apartment complex on North Donmoor Avenue near Lobdell Boulevard.
