The headline deal: Jann Properties 2 LLC, a Prairieville multifamily investor, paid $1.6M ($50,000/unit) for The Chateau, a 32-unit apartment complex at 4636 Alvin Dark Avenue in Tigerland. Dr. Gerald Cvitanovich bought an office building on Jamestown Avenue near I-10 and College Drive for $1.23M, and Marrero Land bought its third office building in Wellington Office Park in the past five months for $548K.
