The headline deal: Evergreen at Tuscany Villas LLC, a Florida-based investor, paid $34.5M ($75,000/unit) for the 460-unit Tuscany Villas Apartments off Siegen Lane near I-10. Land and industrial each accounted for three of the ten sales, including Walk On's CEO Brandon Landry's $700K purchase of commercially zoned land off Perkins Road, while the East Baton Rouge Council on the Aging, Inc paid $1.09M for an office building from the City of Baton Rouge at Main Street and North 17th Street.
