Winn-Dixie on Coursey Sold, Floor & Decor Purchases Future Site
The June 21, 2021 issue covers ten commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Englade Investments LLC, a Hammond-based investor, bought Sherwood Shadow Condos, a 44-unit complex near Bard Avenue and North Sherwood Forest Drive. Retail and land each accounted for three of the ten sales, including San Francisco-based Pacific Bay Investments' purchase of the Winn-Dixie at Coursey Boulevard and Stumberg Lane and Floor & Decor's purchase of more than six acres off Airline Highway near Costco for a planned 50,000 SF retail center, both at undisclosed prices.
