The headline deal: LA Sunset Investors LLC, a Brooklyn-based investor, bought the Palms at Sunset Lakes, a 144-unit apartment complex on McHugh Road in Zachary. Office led the week with seven of the eighteen sales, including two office suites on Didesse Drive bought by Our Lady of the Lake each, while Waste Pro of Louisiana bought more than 87 acres in north Baton Rouge.
