Nine commercial sales closed on the Northshore the week of August 3, 2026, totaling $2.3M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Monastery of Our Lady of the Desert paid $865K ($69.83/SF) for a specialty retreat property spanning more than 10 acres on Antioch Road in Tickfaw. A regional restaurant operator expanded its footprint, acquiring three Taco Bell locations across the Northshore in separate transactions.
